Which browsers does Kalk.pro support?
Calculators Kalk.Pro will work in all modern browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
The calculator capabilities are not enough for me. Is it possible to improve the calculator?
Yes, it is possible. Please email us at support@kalk.pro, with subject "Suggestion for improvement". If there will be multiple offers like yours, or we will consider such improvement a high priority, it will be implemented in the next update of the service.
We guarantee that no suggestion will be left without attention!
Authorization, registration
How to change a website language?
If you have troubles with an interface language please click on the "Flag" button in the top right corner of the website. Select the language you want from the list available.
How to log into the website?
Go to the login page or press the "Enter" button in the upper right corner of the website. Follow the instructions.
How to register an account on the website?
Go to the registration page or press the "Enter" button in the upper right corner of the website and then click "Register" in the appeared window. Please follow the instructions.
Why haven't I received my activation email?
There can be several reasons why you did not receive an email from us:
1. You maybe misspelled your email address during your registration.
2. For some technical reason, you might not have successfully registered an account on our site.
3. The automated activation email message was caught by your spam filter.
4. Your email provider might have blocked the automated email message.
Here's what we recommend to do:
1. Check your spam or junk email folder in the mailbox with e-mail address provided during registration.
2. Try to create a new account with the email address you think you used before. If the account already exists, you'll see an error indicating that there is a duplicate email address. The system won't create the new account for you. If this is the case, try waiting for a while and check your email again. If it does let you create the new account, then you entered the wrong email before and you should get an activation email for the new account.
3. If all the steps above fail and you still do not receive your activation email, please contact the Kalk.pro support team at support@kalk.pro.
What should I do if I've lost access to my account, how do I restore it?
Go to the password recovery page. Follow the instructions.
How to delete my Kalk.Pro account?
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Kalk.pro provides users with options to fully delete all of the data associated with their accounts.
If you want to request deletion of your account please email us at support@kalk.pro from the email address entered during registration, with subject "Delete account".
Please note: deleting your Kalk.pro account is permanent and cannot be undone (no reactivation).
Saving the calculation results
How to save results from the calculation?
Choose the preferable saving method in the calculator interface (tab "Download").
What is "Saving method"?
Based on chosen saving method Kalk.Pro service saves the result of calculation on user's device storage or send per e-mail.
Where can I see the files I have downloaded?
You can see saved calculation results in one of three ways:
1. In Personal Account in the category "Saved calculations";
2. In the calculator interface. Downloads with the current calculation parameters will be displayed in the tab "Download";
3. In the interface of the calculator, when you click on the "select dimensions" you will see saved calculation based on the current settings.
Why there are no file links in the category "Saved calculations"?
"Saved calculations" category didn't appear immediately, so there can be displayed only old links to calculation results without links to files. In order to download the file with that old calculation results or send it via e-mail again, click the appropriate link stored at your Personal Account.
I haven't received an e-mail with calculation results file. What should I do?
Check the Spam Folder in the mailbox (your email address with which your Personal Account at Kalk.Pro is registered). If you can't find the letter, email us at support@kalk.pro.
Subscription
What is a subscription? Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Subscription is a set of one or more services, giving users premium access to advanced functionality of Kalk.Pro.
Your subscription will not automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis.
Why are some of the drawings are blurred?
This means that drawing is only available by subscription. In order to unlock these drawings, switch to one of these premium subscriptions: "Handyman", "Pro".
