Which browsers does the system work?

Calculators Kalk.Pro will work in all popular modern browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.


The capabilities of the calculator I'm missing. Is it possible to improve the calculator?

Yes, this is possible. Email us at support@kalk.pro, with subject "Suggestion for improvement". If offer like yours, will be popular, or we consider it quite a priority, it will be implemented in the next update of the service.
We will not leave without attention to any one suggestion!

How to login to the site?

Go to login page or press the "Enter" button in the upper right corner of the website. Follow the instructions.


How to register on the website?

Go to registration page or press the "Enter" button in the upper right corner of the website and in the appeared window click "Register". Follow the instructions.


You did not receive the activation email

Check the folder "Spam" in the mailbox that You provided during registration. If the letter cannot find, email us at support@kalk.pro.


Lost access to the profile. How to restore?

Go to password recovery page. Follow the instructions.


How to delete your profile on Kalk.Pro?

Email us at support@kalk.pro, with the email address which You used for registration, marked "account Deletion".


Calculations save

How to save the calculation?

In the calculator interface, in the tab "Download", select the desired method of preservation.


What is "Way of saving"?

According to the method of saving SERVIS Kalk.Pro downloads based on the user's device or send the calculation to your email.


Where can I see your save?

View saved calculations can be in one of three ways:
1. In Personal Cabinet in the section "Saved calculations";
2. In the calculator interface, in the tab "Download" will be displayed save the current calculation parameters;
3. In the interface of the calculator, when you click on the "select dimensions" you will see saving calculation based on the current settings.


Why in the section "Saved calculations" there is no file links?

The category of "Saved calculations" did not appear immediately, so there can be displayed the old calculations without reference to files. In order to download the file or send it via e-mail again, click the appropriate link for payment.


You do not receive a letter with the save on my mail

Subscription

What is a subscription?

Subscribe to Kalk.Pro is a set of one or more services, giving users access to advanced functionality, Kalk.Pro.


Why is the image of some of the drawings are blurred?

This means that this image is only available by subscription. In order to unlock these drawings, go to one of these subscriptions: "Beginner", "Specialist", "Profi".


What is the difference between subscriptions and one-time save?

Payment for subscription is made once for the period during which it operates, while payment for a one-time saving separately for each unique combination of parameter calculation and how to save.
membership gives unlimited access to any method of saving during the active period of the subscription.
Every single save, which was made available under "Saved accounts". The downloading of the calculation of the subscription is nowhere recorded.
