Why use this calculator?
Piping is the main component of home communication, and it is important that the entire system functions correctly. To avoid damage to pipes due to corrosion, they need to be covered with special compounds, paints, but to properly buy their volume, you need to know the area of coverage.
This tool helps to estimate precisely the surface area of the pipe using the formula finding the area of the cylinder: V = π × d × L, where d – is the outer diameter of the pipe (mm/in), L – is the length of the pipe (m/ft). Using this application, you will no longer have the question: what is the area of the outer surface of the pipe.
